RG2 en RG4 optische incrementele lineaire encoders

RG2 and RG4 products are the most commonly applied Renishaw encoders, providing highly-reliable position feedback, even in conditions considered unsuitable for most open optical linear encoders.

RG2 readheads include the RGH22, compact RGH24 and super-compact RGH25, all featuring unique filtering optics that read a 20 µm pitch gold tape scale to confer resolutions as fine as 5 nm. These products are fitted as standard by many of the world’s leading linear motion OEMs as well as being used in wide-ranging applications such as medical, machine tool, P-V, semiconductor and FPD manufacturing.

RG4 readheads also use filtering optics, but read from 40 µm pitch scales, permitting greater set-up tolerances and even higher speeds. RGH34 component readheads and glass scale options are also available.
